The Triangle Cross brand has been carried for more than fifty years  by Deb's parents, Bud & Artyce Forell, of Phillipsburg, Ks. Bud rodeoed both ends of the arena, raised some AAA race horses, and cowboyed for some sixty odd years. At age 74, he was still riding the trails before his untimely death December 10, 2005. The Triangle Cross brand is carried in Kansas,  Oklahoma and Texas.

You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream. C. S. Lewis.

In Memory of The Chocolate Dash

April 28, 1999 - August 15, 2011

He was 1,200 pounds of sheer power & speed

Delighted when the packed grandstand roared

He gave his all, with heart & determination.

On the wings of angels, now he soars.

Sire: (Dashing with Cash SI 94 Dam: Miss Honor Deck.

Miss Honor Deck is an own granddaughter of the legendary Top Deck - making Topper one of a handful of horses to still have Top Deck on his papers! Miss Honor Deck is also a granddaughter of Camp Town Boy x Three Bars. Add the top side breeding of Dashing With Cash, making Topper a very well bred futurity prospect - to say nothing of being black and pretty!  Very soft in the mouth, fluid mover and quiet minded. I have hauled him down the rodeo trail and he is accustomed to all the sights and sounds on the road. No quirks - easy to haul, load, clip and trim. He has a good foundation and is at the point where we are adding the speed. All the hard work is done and the fun part is ahead! He will easily be ready for the fall futurities. Also working a nice pole pattern Paid in full to Future Fortunes and Eligible for Valley Girls, Bold Heart, 5 State, Cornhusker & Dash & Dance breeders futurities.

DOX DIRT DANCER
Sorrel gelding
(Doc O'Lena x Jewell's Leo Bar) "Doc" was the first horse I trained that had not been off the track. He was bred to be a cutter but got too big. He was a lot of fun to train, and tried his heart out every trip. He also had a great mind - as evidenced by a mishap during one of our competitions at a rodeo - as we took off to the 1st barrel his bit broke - all that was on his head was the browband, everything else was hanging around his neck. In a split decision, I decided to go for my run. Doc made a great run, just a little wide on his turns and we were just out of the money! At the end of the run, I sat down, and he came to a stop. That has been as close as I have come to a bridleless run. Doc went on to a successful rodeo career with Miss Rodeo Arkansas.

CHESTERS TWISTER JET -
Black Gelding Sire: Chesters Supreme Dam: Bebe Jet
"Twist" was the product of my dad's breeding program and was a power house of a horse. But he had a nice mind and was a lot of fun. Kathy Fangmeyer of NE took him on a successful barrel racing career.

Hot Heels Andy "Andrew"

May 1, 1980-Nov 9, 2007

From AAA+ Race Horse to

 Champion Barrel Horse to

Weanling Babysitter -

he did it all. Andrew was the last horse of my dad's breeding program. There is not enough space for all his accomplishments.

Rest in peace my friend...

For our friends who have lost their beloved four-footed friends
